Install a TV-compatible player

Launch the app and note the MAC address and Device Key shown on the main screen.

Activate via web portal

On another device, open the player's activation page, enter the MAC/Key, and paste your M3U link from the IPTVusax welcome email. Then Reload in the app.

Activate & Reload

Complete the activation on the player's web portal (or enter Xtream Codes), then force-close and reopen the app.

Complete the installation

Hot Player and IBO apps use MAC-based activation. Smarters and VLC use Xtream Codes or M3U directly.

Install a tvOS-compatible player

Hot Player and IBO apps use MAC-based activation on Apple TV. Smarters uses Xtream Codes directly.

Activate & reload

Complete activation on the player's web portal, then return to the app and tap Reload. Use the Siri Remote to browse.

Portal setup

Find your MAC address

Sticker on the bottom/back of the box (looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX), or under System Info in the on-screen menu.

Send MAC to IPTVusax support

Contact support via WhatsApp and share your MAC. We'll register it and reply with a Portal URL.

Enter the Portal URL

On the box: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. Paste the Portal URL (must start with http:// not https://).

Reboot the box

Press Home, then restart the box (or choose "Restart Portal"). Wait 30–60 seconds — channels and VOD load automatically.

Quick help with your IPTVusax credentials, playlist activation, supported players, and streaming quality.

When will I receive my IPTVusax login details?

After confirmation, credentials are sent to the email address used for the order. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. If you can't find the email, contact us from the same address.

What is an M3U link and where do I find mine?

Your personal M3U link is in the IPTVusax welcome email. Copy the full link exactly and paste it into your player or the activation website. Never share this link with others.

Do Hot Player, HOT IPTV, or Ib Player include an IPTVusax subscription?

No. These are only player apps. Your IPTVusax subscription is separate. Some players also charge their own one-time activation or licence fee.

No channels appear after installation — what should I do?

Check the MAC address, Device Key, and M3U link first. Save the playlist, return to the player, and choose Reload or Continue. Fully restart the app and device if needed.

Why does the stream keep buffering?

Restart your router and device, pause downloads on other devices, and use Ethernet or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection. Also clear the player cache and try another channel.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

You can install a player on multiple devices. Simultaneous viewing depends on the number of connections in your IPTVusax plan. Contact support before using the same subscription on multiple devices at once.

Which player should I choose?

We recommend IBO Pro Player (licence covered, best overall) or IPTV Smarters Pro (free, works everywhere). HOT IPTV / Ib Player is best for Smart TVs. TiviMate is ideal for Android TV and Fire TV power users who want EPG and recording.

01 How do I set up IPTVusax on Firestick?

Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore first. Then open Downloader and enter one of these codes:

  • 395800 — Hot Player
  • 923441 — IBO Pro Player
  • 4738580 — Ib Player

After install, open the app, copy the MAC address shown on screen, and upload your M3U link from the IPTVusax welcome email. The URL must start with http:// not https://.

02 Why aren't channels loading after setup?

Nine times out of ten it's a typo in the M3U link. Copy it directly from the welcome email — no extra spaces, no line breaks. Confirm it starts with http://.

Then save the playlist, return to the player, and tap Reload. If nothing changes, force-close the app and restart the device.

03 Which player should I use?

It depends on your device. IBO Pro Player is our top pick on Firestick and Android TV — the licence is covered for all subscribers. HOT IPTV works best on Samsung and LG Smart TVs. TiviMate is ideal on Android if you want a detailed EPG and recording. IPTV Smarters Pro is free and works almost everywhere.

04 Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?

You can install a player on as many devices as you want — Firestick, Smart TV, phone, tablet, PC. How many can stream at the same time depends on your plan. Basic plans allow one connection; multi-screen plans go up to five.

05 Do I need a VPN?

No — IPTVusax works without one. That said, a VPN can help if your ISP throttles video traffic, which is a common cause of buffering during big games. If you already have one, switch it on before streaming.

06 What if I'm stuck?
